Regine Sixt Damenwiesn 2026: We Are Proud to Be a Partner

Once a year, the Wiesn looks different. The Schützen-Festzelt fills with women from business, media, culture, medicine and politics, and for one afternoon a beer tent becomes a place where conversation matters more than the music. Regine's Damenwiesn goes back to an idea of Regine Sixt and is today one of the best-known events of Munich's Oktoberfest.

This year, Alexandrit Aesthetics is taking part as a partner for the first time.

A Wiesn that works differently

The Damenwiesn thrives on bringing people together. Women who would otherwise never meet share a table: a doctor next to an entrepreneur, a journalist next to an artist. Conversations start easily because the setting invites them. Regine Sixt puts the guest list together herself, and you can tell at every table.

In 2025 the event celebrated its 25th edition. Around 1,400 women came to the Schützen-Festzelt, up from about 1,200 the year before. Over the years a small circle has grown into a network that reaches far beyond Munich.

The good cause is part of it

The Damenwiesn is closely linked to the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation „Tränchen Trocknen“ (Drying Little Tears). The foundation supports children in need worldwide, in education, health, care and emergency relief. According to the foundation, this has so far resulted in more than 440 projects in over 70 countries.

A day on which you meet people, eat well and make a difference along the way: that is a combination you rarely find.

Why we are taking part

The Wiesn is about the dirndl, the hair, the make-up and all the small details that are thought about long in advance. On a day full of encounters and photos, you want to recognise yourself.

That is exactly what our work is about, too. We do not change anyone, and we do not take anything away from anyone. We advise individually and treat individually. At our clinic in Grünwald there is only one client in the house at a time, and every treatment is carried out by Magdalena Graml herself. This way of working suits a day on which personality counts, not a template.

Neck and décolleté, the zones a dirndl shows

A traditional neckline draws the eye to exactly where the skin is thinner than on the face: the neck and décolleté. There is little subcutaneous fat and few sebaceous glands here, and the summers of recent years often show here earlier than elsewhere. Fine lines, pigmentation spots and redness stand out more quickly in this neckline.

Cream stays on the surface. Laser skin rejuvenation works one layer deeper: the pulses warm the tissue in a controlled way without injuring the skin's surface, and the skin responds by building new collagen. Fine lines soften, pores look refined, the complexion more even.

This does not happen overnight. Collagen grows over weeks. As a rule we recommend three to five sessions several weeks apart, and if you are planning a single session before an occasion, it is best scheduled two to four weeks beforehand. There is no downtime: slight redness immediately afterwards is normal and fades quickly.

Smooth skin under your traditional dress

Shaving the evening before a big day is a risky idea. Razor burn, red bumps and ingrown hairs rarely arrive at a convenient moment, and on sensitive skin wax often leaves redness that lingers longer than you would like.

The laser takes a different route. It finds the hair through its pigment, the energy is converted into heat at the hair root, and a burst of cold protects the skin before every pulse. Only hair in its active growth phase is reached, which is why we usually work with 6 to 8 sessions at intervals of 4 to 8 weeks. The result is not one smooth week, but a state you no longer have to think about.

Before dirndl season, these zones are the most requested:

• Legs, from the lower legs to the thighs
• Underarms, the zone with the fastest visible result
• Arms and the backs of the hands, almost always on show in a dirndl

Honest about timing

A full series can no longer be completed in time for the Wiesn 2026, and we would not claim otherwise. Permanent hair removal is a plan spanning months, not an appointment before the appointment.

If you would rather not think about shaving next September, autumn is the sensible time to start. The sessions then fall in the months when the skin sees less sun anyway, and the series is complete by next summer. For the neck and décolleté, the shorter lead time of two to four weeks applies.

What matters when choosing

Not every device that emits light is a laser. IPL works with broad-spectrum light and scatters the energy; an Alexandrite and Nd:YAG laser delivers it precisely. We work with both wavelengths, 755 and 1064 nanometres, and decide at the device which one suits your skin.

This requires the specialist qualification under the German Ordinance on Protection against Non-Ionising Radiation. It is tied to a person, and that person is the one who treats you. What is possible for you and what is not, we tell you beforehand, not afterwards.
